May 1995 – 1996

In the spring of 1995, heavy rains coupled with melting snow in the southern region of the Rocky Mountains caused severe flooding of the Oldman River and other drainage basins. Christian Disaster Relief volunteers helped with clean-up. The need of longer term rebuilding of barns, fences and corrals brought CPS there. Houseparents and two young men came to volunteer.
