Located on a quiet, residential street on Knox Mountain in Kelowna is the CPS boy’s unit house. A ten-minute walk will bring you to the Apex Lookout which gives a beautiful view of Kelowna, Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains.

The unit began in 2013 with houseparents and four boys. Their volunteer work includes:

• Kelowna General Hospital – help at information desks; doing the chart run, accompany discharged patients to their vehicles, serve in coffee shop and bistro
• Kelowna Gospel Mission – pick up donated food or recycled bottles, pick up donated furniture for the mission’s thrift store,
• MCC Thrift Shop – pick up donations
• Homeless Shelter – Make and serve supper
